TVL of TON blockchain sets record by surpassing US$600 million

The TON blockchain reached a very significant milestone recently by breaking its record for total value locked (TVL). According to data released by the DefiLlama platform, the blockchain’s TVL exceeded US$600 million on June 17, rising to US$609.78 million.

Currently, the TVL of the TON blockchain is $605.55 million. The milestone comes just three weeks after the network’s TVL reached US$300 million.

The platform highlighted that some of the top 10 protocols on the TON blockchain have shown a quite notable increase in their respective TVLs over the last seven days. TVL on DeDust saw 53% growth last week, reaching nearly $300 million. Furthermore, smaller protocols, such as bemo, Stakee and EVAA, showed a double-digit increase.

Comparatively, the current price of TON is 5.63% lower than the historical peak.
